Delete my data

You can request deletion of your Apparent account and associated Apparent data at any time.

Deleting Apparent data does not delete original messages from Gmail.

1. Sign in to Apparent.
2. Open Family or Account Settings.
3. Select Privacy and Data.
4. Select Delete My Account and Data.
5. Confirm the request.

You may also email privacy@stayapparent.com from the email address associated with your Apparent account. Before deletion, Apparent may ask you to verify your identity.

Apparent will delete or de-identify applicable account information, structured reminders, stored email content, attachments, connected-account tokens, and household information within a reasonable period. Certain billing, consent, security, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect Apparent and its users.
