How Apparent works

Connect your email
Connect Gmail for fully automatic filtering, or forward emails to Apparent from Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud Mail, a work or school account, or any other provider. Either way, choose which senders Apparent may read — school, sports, activities, appointments, and more.

Approve your sources
Add an organization's domain (like a school, wcs.edu) or an exact sender address. Public providers like Gmail or Outlook can never be approved as a whole domain, only an exact address.

Apparent reads only what you approve
Only messages matching your approved sources are ever processed. Nothing else is read or sent to AI services.

Get timely reminders
Choose when reminders arrive: a week ahead, the night before, or the morning of, right down to the category.

Stay in control
Mark things ready, correct extracted details, or mute anything that's too frequent. Urgent alerts always get through.
